Facilitation Services

The root of facilitate is facil: easy. My goal as a facilitator is to make it easier for you to talk to each other, to do what it is you came together to do. I facilitate to help build your group’s health, strength, and effectiveness.

Meeting and Retreat Facilitation and Agenda Design

  • Outside of planned meetings and retreats, I am available (and often called upon) to facilitate meetings that may feel more emotionally charged or complex than usual, and to help when your group desires support talking through a difficult situation or shifting dynamics or patterns that are not working for the group. My facilitation services include working with you to design an agenda or process that will best meet your group’s needs and goals.
  • I am also available to help support you or your facilitation team with agenda design, and to provide any coaching or support you/they made desire prior to facilitating.
  • Team and trust building retreats: games, activities, and exercises that deepen trust, build relationships, and increase effectiveness.
  • Planning and Visioning: vision statements, goal setting, work planning, statements of purpose/mission statements, points of unity
